Thirsty Thursday: Rosemary Tequila Sangria


Dear Diary,

With Cinco de Mayo on the horizon we can’t help but think of Tequila based drinks…but why limit ourselves to margaritas? We came up with this Rosemary Tequila Sangria and we were quite taken with the results. If you want to try something with a fun twist for Cinco look no further than this recipe!


Here what you need:

2 ounces of Casamigos Reposado

1 ounce of Lemon Juice

.5 ounce of St. German

3 dashes of Angostura Bitters

Less than an ounce of Moscato Wine

Sprig of Rosemary

Directions: Place ice in a cocktail shaker, then add tequila, lemon juice, St. German and Angostura Bitters. Shake and strain over ice in a tall Collins glass, top off with Moscato Wine. Then slap the rosemary sprig to open the oils and garnish your most delectable cocktail!!
